Bug Description
I was give a desk top tower with out a pass word how can I re set it or over ride it ..I have try ever thing .the problem is get in the place it wont let me type in the new passwd in the inxa space or even numbers. it like the key board go dead.beside the enter key the it go back to where I can type and put number in .. How can I over ride that so I can change my pass word that they put on it to open it up??
