Bug Description
To reproduce (Unity 3D):
1. Open a terminal(s)
2. Open Firefox
3. Alt-tab twice from Firefox to Terminal to Firefox
4. Alt-left to go "Back" in Firefox browser
What happens:
5. The Alt-left is stolen by Unity and the Switcher appears
What should happen:
6. The Alt-Left should be handled by the foreground application (Firefox)
