Bug Description

I have noticed that sometimes the system indicators seem to have very erratic behavior, often flicking between different indicators when the mouse remains on the same indicator.

I have noticed this with my multi-monitor setup, and I think this is more likely to happen when I have unsuspended.

If you go to http://ubuntuone.com/4lnjDQCfbZ0fpPLkTV0SAX you can see a video screencast showing the problem: notice the position of the mouse and which indicators display when the mouse moves.
