Bug Description

Running Mint Lisa Gnome-64bit

I installed the system and expected the /usr/local to be empty. However, some packages, like *mintsystem* install some files there.

This directory should be left for user stuff only, and distribution files should go in the the corresponding directories without the local part of the path.

This is the output of find /usr/local in my box:

/usr/local/
/usr/local/share
/usr/local/share/xml
/usr/local/share/xml/schema
/usr/local/share/xml/misc
/usr/local/share/xml/declaration
