Bug Description
In today's amd64 live system (20070320.1), some restricted modules are not available:
$ modinfo ath_hal
filename: /lib/modules/
license: Proprietary
version: 0.9.18.0
description: Atheros Hardware Access Layer (HAL)
author: Errno Consulting, Sam Leffler
srcversion: B9D3CFDE33782AD
depends:
vermagic: 2.6.20-12-generic SMP mod_unload
$ modinfo nvidia
modinfo: could not find module nvidia
$ modinfo fglrx
modinfo: could not find module fglrx
$ ls /lib/modules/
ath_hal.ko fcdsl2.ko fcdslsl.ko fcdslslusb.ko fcdslusb2.ko fcdslusb.ko fcpci.ko
This prevents the usage of restricted-manager etc. to test compiz stuff in the live system.

Marking for final, since it's a high-priority requirement for Feisty.
