Bug Description
there should be an Ubiquity launcher on the dock in the Live system so the users will be able to install elementary easily

The package is build and present in elementary testing PPA. It's also included in the "live" seed and the appropriate task. It's up to Congrego to include it now (that's why prefer using tasks instead of metapackages)
