Bug Description
When placing a call with click2dial extension, a first call is made to the callee to check its availability. As of 2.0 version of C2D the caller id is set to the "extension" parameter. The callee phone is then displaying its self extension, which is not any useful.
The attached patch changes this behaviour by putting the real called number in "caller id" field so the phone can now display this information. The patch only affects AMI mode, i didn't with AJAM but it should work quite the same way.
