Evolution indicator strings in "Compose New Message" and "Contacts" are no longer translated

Bug Description
Ever since the upgrade to Precise, I've noticed that the "Compose New Message" and "Contacts" menu entries in the Evolution indicator are untranslated, which seems to be a regression from Oneiric, where they were all translated.
See the attached screenshot - the translated entries are from Thunderbird, the untranslated ones are from Evolution-

This must be fallout from bug #913085. A week or so ago I checked and Evolution was the last package still not rebuilt after the fix for that bug was released. A rebuild should solve it.
