This looks like a duplicate of the bug you mentioned to me also. Setting to incomplete so it will expire in case we forget about it.

I'm closing this now. There is not much "manual" information here, and we have more specific bugs, and quite a lot of fixes and updates since then, so the log files are not that helpful any more.
