Super+Shift+<arrows> viewport switchers also trigger Launcher/Dash/Unity Help popups depending on duration

Bug Description

When using the new viewport switcher bindings Super+Shift+<arrow>, the launcher or dash or even the Unity help popup at random. I assume this is dependant on how long one has held the bound keys for the move in progress. Some of these combinations then require additional key presses to get rid of. It is not desirable to have this inconsistant behaviour, the viewport shift keys should do only that.
