Help screen activates when switching desktops

Since the keybindings to switch desktops have been changed from <ctrl>+<alt>+<cursor keys> to <super>+<shift>+<cursor keys>, I always get the keyboard shortcuts help screen popping up while trying to move desktops. Which is a bit disturbing.
From my point of view the help screen should only appear when I long-press the super key only.

I am marking this bug as a duplicate of bug 939521 since both describe the fact that shortcut overlay appear while switching desktops and in other cases when "Super" is being used as a shortcut with another key.
