Bug Description

After today's update for Precise, the old keys for moving between workspaces and moving windows into workspaces changed to the list shown by the <super> popup...

Super+Shift+Arrows pops up the launcher and the shortcut menu, which is very annoying.

Super+Alt+Cursor Keys is supposed to move windows between workspaces, but it does not with google-chrome or terminator or even aislerot.

Can we prevent the pop-up of the launcher and the shortcuts when changing workspaces or moving windows?

Can we actually move the windows like the old Ctrl-Shift-Arrow method did?

With the new <super><shift>+arrows shortcut to switch workspaces, the help screen pops up while the switch is in progress, making it hard to see what's underneath.

This isn't optimal because the choice of the workspace you work on is based on the windows displayed on it, and it's much harder to find the right workspace with an unwanted help screen in front of your windows.

Slightly off topic but still closely related to that bug : I was looking for the rationale behind this keyboard shortcut change, I skimmed through the latest unity and compiz commits and bug reports and the unity-design mailing list but couldn't find anything, I must have missed it while searching so if someone could point me to (or tell me) why this change was made, I'd greatly appreciate it.

The <Ctrl><Alt>Arrows shortcuts is really universal on the Free Desktop and has been there for years. I'm not saying that it's forbidden to change it, but if someone did then he must want a pretty good reason to do so. That's the info I'm looking for.
