[regression] drop down menus have arrow only downwards while menus often open upwards

Bug Description
Last cycle MPT got it fixed from Cimi it seems we have it again.
Every drop down menu have the arrow downwards but it makes more sense to have two arrows in one drop down menu. i.e. one pointing upwards and one downwards. Its the same in Google Docs as well and makes more sense since menus don't always open downwards.
