"Product UoM"decimal accuracy = 0 not respected in reports

- Set decimal accuracy = 0 for Product UoM
--> It displays product UoM with no decimal in the web client (ex: 10 PCE) : OK
-->Now print a report containing Product UoM, like a manufacturing order: it displays product UoM with 2 decimals (ex: 10.00 PCE) NOT OK

It seems to happen only with 0. If i set decimal accuracy to something else, it displays fine in the report too.

I have faced the same problem with decimal accuracy = 0 for "Product UoM" in mrp report as well as PO report.

If I tried with decimal accuracy = 5 for same then report works fine, It also works fine for decimal accuracy = 1.

I have also tested for "Purchase Price", "Sale Price" accuracy with decimal accuracy = 0 and I wondering that it's working fine on report.

So this problem occurs on only "Product UoM" decimal accuracy, As a generalise way I am assigning this to framework team.

I also find that the invoice form didn't use this product UoM decimal accuracy, instead it use product UoS decimal accuracy in web client of OpenERP ver 7.0
So if we don't change the product UoS decimal accuracy, no mater what we set in the product UoM decimal accuracy we will get the default 3 digit decimal accuracy in the quantity column of invoice form
