Watch window not rendered correctly when dragged out of screen

Bug Description
Windows can be dragged out of the screen or main frame since revision 6246. The watch window doesn't like this and will draw immovables and moveables (everything except terrain and roads) with a wrong offset when you drag the watch window out of the screen to the top or the left.

I see this as well. At a guess I would say the negative x and y values are confusing the offset somehow.
