VLC eats a second off of the end of the file

Bug Description

To reproduce:
Open the attached file in VLC.

What happens:
You hear *almost* entire file, about a second at the end is not heard.
The problem doesn't happen with totem or other players, so it's not a file issue.

What i expect to happen:
I want the entire file to be played. It is especially important on the small files like this.

It's fixed in vlc 2.0.0-1 in Ubuntu 12.04 (precise).
