Bug Description

Binary package hint: linuxlogo

linuxlogo pkg in feisty contains /var/run/linuxlogo directory.
Due to /var/run being a tmpfs, this directory does no longer
exists after a reboot. Then the pkgs is unusable.

linuxlogo should check/create / var/run/linuxlogo in the init.d/linuxlogo
startup script.
