Bug Description

From Paul Larson's mail:

Hi, sorry for not circling back on this sooner, but the additional action
for installing the binaries has been merged a couple of weeks back, and
since then we've updated what's installed in the lab with it. It works
only on panda for now (since that's the only place we have something like
this). If there are ever additional binary driver sets that need
installing for other boards, you'll have to let us know so that we can set
up a tarball internally to pull from. Also, of course, you'll only want to
use this on android images where you would normally run that step. If you
try to run it on all panda images - even ones where you don't want the
drivers installed, I suspect the result would be pretty similar to what
would happen if you ran the script on that image after installing. Not sure
if that causes a problem for you or not.

To see an example usage, look at:
http://validation.linaro.org/lava-server/scheduler/job/12423/definition
Basically, all that needs to happen is for someone to change the job
submitted to lava so that it adds:
        {
            "command": "android_install_binaries"
        },
Right before the step to boot into the android image. Who can do that?
