Bug Description

The metacity or Compiz window decorators still use GTK2 for things such as the force quit dialogues. (Whatever is default in Unity 3D)

Oh, another way it stands out: hovering over the window buttons (close, maximize, minimize) produces old GTK2 tooltips which stand out with the vast majority of Ubuntu moved to GTK3

The transition to GTK3 has been underway and is covered by other bugs that I cannot find right now.
