Bug Description

Tooltips in empathy are unreadable: Inside the semi-transparent dark tooltip, there seems to be a box with a light grey background. The text, however, is white. This leads to the text being unreadable.

I guess the inner box should simply have no background color, thus making the white text readable on the dark background of the tooltip.
