Please provide additional languages for hyphenation

Bug Description

We want to drop the bundled hyphenation patterns from Firefox, but openoffice.org-dictionaries doesn't provide all of the patterns currently provided by Firefox. Ideally, we would match or exceed this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/CSS/hyphens#Languages_support_notes

At the moment, it looks like these are missing:

Bulgarian (bg)
Esperanto (eo)
Galician (gl)
Interlingua (ia)
Kurmanji (kmr)
Latin (la)
Lithuanian (lt)
Mongolian (mn)
Turkish (tr)
Upper Sorbian (hsb)
Welsh (cy)

Please add patterns for these languages

We also seem to miss:

Swiss German, Traditional Orthography (de-CH)

If this is still relevant, please reopen against libreoffice-dictionaries, with an updated list.
