Bug Description
AIA images have been slipping through that pass the requirement for image size, but are not normal images of the Sun. Images with FITS header tags IMG_TYPE=DARKS should be filtered out and quarantined. This leads to the notion of a multi-level quarantine module that will be address in a separate bug report.
