Bug Description

The XHTML DTD's are not registered in /etc/xml/catalog, causing xsltproc to
fetch them from the 'Net. Adding the following to /etc/xml/catalog fixes this
for XHTML 1.0 (more elements would be needed for other XHTML versions):

<delegatePublic publicIdStartString="-//W3C//ENTITIES Latin 1 for XHTML//EN"
catalog="file:///usr/share/sgml/html/entities/xhtml/catalog.xml" />
<delegatePublic publicIdStartString="-//W3C//ENTITIES Symbols for XHTML//EN"
catalog="file:///usr/share/sgml/html/entities/xhtml/catalog.xml" />
<delegatePublic publicIdStartString="-//W3C//ENTITIES Special for XHTML//EN"
catalog="file:///usr/share/sgml/html/entities/xhtml/catalog.xml" />
<delegatePublic publicIdStartString="-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0"
catalog="file:///usr/share/sgml/html/dtd/xhtml/1.0/catalog.xml" />
