Bug Description
STR:
1. Maximize gnome-terminal
2. Make sure there is something to scroll
3. Move the mouse to the left side of gnome terminal (launcher is visible).
4. Move mouse down
Expected results:
Nothing
Actual results:
A scrollbar thumb appears.
