Problems with fullscreen mode

I set fullscreen mode using Ctrl+F.
-> X11 lost the resolution of the screen.

Then, I exited from this mode still with this shortcut.
-> Wesnoth crashes
-> Still a bad resolution
-> Unity 2D lost its position : http://pix.toile-libre.org/upload/original/1329830028.png
