The GED4GEM exposure data need to be viewed in a UI.
The data has already been loaded into Postgres and now needs to be exposed to GeoServer, and then the final UI.
A UI project needs to be created.
Some filters need to be put in place so that the data is manageable in the UI, for example the layer should only be visible at 1:54,000 or less.
The layer then needs to have get feature info active on it.

Before the layer can be exposed to GeoServer, the Geometry column needs to be rebuild as it is not registered
