Bug Description
The fix for bug 910849 introduced an error where database foreign keys are never updated in the database.
Symptoms include that a device that changes type or is otherwise replaced will not have its type changed in NAV (even though ipdevpoll.log shows that it has discovered the change). This can also have ill effects on VLAN/prefix relations.
