Pressing play when Banshee isn't running should start Banshee

Bug Description
When using the media "play" key, if Banshee isn't running, you see the following symbol burn over the screen:
What'd be even better would be to have it just start Banshee. There's no way to currently capture the media play key because Unity grabs it.
