Alt+print works but also opens Hud

Alt+print will take a screenshot but also will open the Hud
If the Hud is disabled then Alt+print fails to work, so somehow the 2 are tied together

The difference with what this is duped to is that Alt+print works fine, as soon as print is released the screenshot is taken, then the Hud opens
That bug is claiming that Alt+print doesn't work
This is on an install from 02/16 image, am going to do a fresh one today
