Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
This appears to be a regression of an earlier bug. Essentially, when I switch virtual desktops with a keyboard shortcut, my gnome-terminals on the destination desktop often appear blank. In a followup I hope to attach two screenshots to illustrate the problem. While taking these screenshots, I found that if the terminal on the destination desktop had focus when I arrived, things were fine. It appears that only terminals lacking focus show up blank.
The little rectangle that appears when I switch desktops often forces a redraw in small regions of the terminal, and dragging window corners over the top of the terminal leaves a trail of correct updated content.
Attached see the "before" image of my terminal, in which I did an "ls /etc" to fill the screen with data.
