unknown error on installation, could not found live cd

I was currently installing ubuntu from mi usb flash drive but it couldn't fiinish since it asked me for a live cd ubuntu never found

What program did you use to create the USB flash drive with Ubuntu on it?

I was using pendrive, it was the third time I tried to install it, the first one crashed on start
