oneconf-service crashed with ImportError in /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/oneconf/packagesethandler.py: No module named distributor

I recieved this crash message when I was using the startup disk manager to create a SD card bootable with 12.04 Alpha 2. The startup disk manager still worked fine.

This bug may be related to Bug 935648 as this crash happened shortly after that one.
