I can't play the preview of the songs

When I use the Ubuntu One Music Store plugin, I browse the songs in the store, and sometimes I want to listen a preview of one song. This is not possible because when I click on the play button to the right of each song, nothing happens. It's like if the play button is not active.
I have other mp3 songs on my PC and these plays well, so is not a problem of missing decoder.
