power indicator not updating with power state changes

Bug Description

steps:
1. have a netbook that is low on power
2. plug it into a power source
3. turn on and log into the netbook, the power indicator will shoe it is plugged in
4. disconnect the power

Result:
The power indicator continues to display plugged in, despite the system displaying an indicator that power is low (see attached screenshot).

Hey Rick, did you update and restarted your session? That seems the bug that https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-power/1.90-0ubuntu2 was supposed to address, can you check that you have this version?
