Kontact/Korganizer/Korgac Never Load and Use 100% CPU

Here are the contents of ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer for the user experiencing the problem. I've been assured that they are not too private to post here. To replicate this bug, simply replace you ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer with the korganizer directory in this archive.

If you

mv std.ics std.ics.bad
mv std.ics~ std.ics

then korganizer will load. From looking at the diff, it appears that the only difference besides timestamps is a recurring item being marked complete.

I have not tried importing the data that made Kontact crash previously into the latest release of Kontact.
