Bug Description
Center all sections in the center of switchboard: Currently Dock is shown at the right, hot corners at the left area.
In the wallpaper section of Desktop, we should really make the thumbnail view prettier by centering them between the left and right, and by even distributing them in a nice grid layout (equal space to the left, in between, and to the right).
