Bug Description

If you try to install a package in Software Center that is, according to Software Center, "of bad quality", the program gives you the option to view the details of why. Unfortunately when you click on expanding the details, the dialog remains impossibly small to actually read the details, and it cannot be resized. See attached screenshot.

It seems rather odd for this alert to be part of USC. What if a third-party repository has a package that is initially good quality, but then an update to the package is of bad quality? USC would happily install the initial version because it isn't bad, and then Update Manager would happily update to the bad version because Update Manager doesn't do the checking.

Anyway, that's a bit of a side issue for this bug. The Details box should be larger, and making the alert resizable would make sense too.

Can you still reproduce this using Software center 5.2.2? For me the dialog expands properly on expanding the details, see the attached screenshot.
