mintUpdate should stay on Changelog tab when switching packages

Bug Description
In mintUpdate, when I select the Changelog tab on a given package and then switch to another package, the Changelog tab should remain the selected tab. It's too cumbersome to have to keep selecting the Changelog tab as I move through the list of packages and want to see all of the changes they are introducing.
