two power (battery) icons

After recent updates two power icons are displayed again. Fixed bug 833397
Left is just a symbol present, the right one is indicator itself. (screenshot and video)
The left symbol actually reflects the real state of battery, the indicator doesn't.
Currently the battery is loading, but indicator displays battery state as critical.
Later: ghost symbol and conky report correct loading time around 20 min., indicator statically states 53 min.

I can confirm this. I just upgraded to precise last night from 11.10 and now have two battery icons as well. If I choose to only show the battery indicator while charging or using or to never display it the indicator goes away like it should but the duplicate one always shows. I am on precise with amd64 and fglrx.
