Explain why karma is important and how it works

Every day a Check my Karma, then the past two weeks I saw that my Karma go down from 957 to 755, I don't know why or how. For a while I remember the case when the Karma go Up every day.

The karma page must link the the help page. That page needs revision to explain the details better. Listing the known kinds of karma also helps. The page absolutely must explain that karma is arbitrary, but attempts to show cross-community contributions.

Ok, for a very long time I understud this, but rigth now, I'm working so hard, in answer section and reporting BUGs for I.I. in the Launchpad. In fact, I'm translating some stuff too.

But my Karma still going down, and now more quick, 3000 > 2000 and today 1997 in less of a month.

Are sure that the Karma Calculation is workig fine?
