ia32-libs doesn't works after update

Bug Description
After an Ubuntu 12.04 upgrade released few days ago the ia32-libs dependencies were uninstalled and the package was broken. System (3.2.0-16-generic x86_64) is up-to-date.
When I try to install it again I get the below message.
Error: ia32-libs : Depends: ia32-libs-multiarch
