wrong focus when focussing a multi instance application and closing an instance

Bug Description
On precise unity 5.4 (alttab/
1. Start Firefox, create two windows (File > New Window)
2. Start GEdit, make sure GEdit window is the active one
3. Use alt + tab to switch to Firefox
-> All Firefox windows should be raised. One should be focused
4. Close the window having the focus
-> The focus should go to the other Firefox window, not to the GEdit window
