After update the beatbox , it cannot be runing due to libbeatbox-core.so

You may need to update your library cache if you didn't reboot: "sudo
ldconfig".

I had this problem as well and I remember it worked if called with "./src/beatbox" though.

I don't know what changed, but now it works fine even if installed and called with "beatbox"

This has already been fixed. Please wait for the next update to land in the PPA.

Either the library is not included in the package or the package hasn't been rebuilt, but there is a problem here...

The packaging must be broken, the package doesn't contain the libs :(
