Bug Description

In Silva v3.0b1, when I display Silva on my external monitor I get only the main right-hand-side content area, and not the navigation menu. When I pull the window back to my main monitor (laptop), the navigation tree menu pops into view again.

This may be by design of course, but I thought I would mention it just in case. Please see the attached screenshot.

That's wanted. If your browser window is not large enough, the navigation goes away, so that you still have enough place in the content editing area to work.

You can navigate in the folder listing, and go up a level in tree using the small arrow in the upper left.
