Bug Description
Now that we moved Android builds archiving to snapshots.l.o, we should not forget that it also have limited space, so we should implement script to expire old builds per our retention policy, which is:
release builds - forever
official daily builds - 90 days, 100 builds max
developers' builds - 30 days, 10 max
