Resource Schedule Page problems

Paul Carduner and I were looking at the schedule page for a resource and it wasn't clear what it should be doing. It was also accessible and editable by an member of the teacher group, and it should only be for administrators.

I vote to nuke this feature.

Removed the link, so noone can access the view. The view is still there, because it contains some functionality that we probaly want in the system. Just with a way better user interface.
