Bug Description

Looking to my .xsession-errors today after the 0.9.7 update I see that warning:

compiz (expo) - Warn: failed to bind image to texture

I figured I would report it in case that's a real bug, I'm using an intel i5 video card if that makes a difference

Possibly the same error as bug 929989. Just worded differently.

glow_outline.png and texture_tile.png need to go in $PREFIX/share/compiz/expo/images

compiz-core does not have the glow feature and so does not have this bug. Why it does not have the glow feature is detailed in bug 918057.
