Bug Description
The Legend code for second Y axis assumes that the legend will be displayed in 2 or more columns. When the legend text is too long for 2 columns, it displays it anyway causing text to overlap.

Show legend for secondYAxis on the right
This forces two columns even if there isn't room. I'm going to make it check first, then do the two-column thing only if there's room.
