Keyboard shortcuts to change workspaces ignored

After updating to this build of unity, the keyboard shortcut I have configured to switch workspaces (Ctrl-Left for left, etc) doesn't work. The shortcut appears in keyboard preferences just fine, but the key sequence is completely ignored.

Where did you set this setting? In CCSM?

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

No, not CCSM. In System settings under keyboard preferences.
