Expo: when clicking on Workspaces previous Ws contents are momentarily displayed

Open a window on a couple of workspaces
Open Expo, click on, (highlight) the various workspaces
When going from 1 Ws with an open window to another Ws with a open window the flashing of prev. occurs
Created a new user to double check - same deal

Would provide a video except that if "Desktop recorder" is running then the flashing will not occur. Stopping the recorder & it returns

Attached screen record - turns out "Desktop recorder" has a default enabled option, "Outline capture area on screen" that makes expo work as it should, no flashing, ect.

With the option disabled then the recorder doesn't affect (fix), expo(fix), expo
